3.1 While the Company aims to provide continuous, error-free service, it does not guarantee this and is not liable for access issues caused by third-party failures or client equipment problems.
4. Liability
4.1 The Company is not liable for delays, costs, expenses, losses, or damages resulting from the failure to provide advertising services.
4.2 The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of text in advertisements but will strive to ensure information accuracy and correct any errors.
5. Jurisdiction and Enforceability
5.1 This contract and its terms are governed by Japanese law, and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
5.2 The invalidity of any term does not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.
